The rules that apply when you use Honey AI, written as plainly as we could manage.

Agreement to these terms
By accessing honey-ai.net or using any Honey AI feature you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Honey AI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Nature of the service
Honey AI provides conversations with fictional characters generated by software. Companions are not real people and no statement made by a companion should be treated as coming from a human.
Not professional advice
Nothing said by a Honey AI companion is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency service.
Account registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Account security
Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You remain responsible for activity carried out under your credentials.
One account per person
Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, rent or transfer your Honey AI account to anyone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Honey AI to harass others, break the law, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Prohibited content
You may not submit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, threats of violence, terrorism, human trafficking or the sale of illegal goods. Violations end the account immediately.
No automated access
Scraping, crawling, bulk downloading and automated interaction with Honey AI without written permission are not allowed.
Reverse engineering
You may not decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts or source code behind Honey AI.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Honey AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
Generated content
Companion replies are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, inconsistent or unintentionally offensive. Use your own judgement before relying on anything a companion says.
Our intellectual property
The Honey AI name, logo, characters, artwork, page copy and software are owned by Honey AI or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Character images
Images used across Honey AI depict fictional characters and are illustrative. They do not portray identifiable real individuals.
Free and paid features
Some Honey AI features are free and others require payment. Pricing and the contents of each plan are shown before you buy.
Billing
Paid plans renew automatically for the period selected unless cancelled before the renewal date. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are taken afterwards.
Refunds
Except where required by law, payments for periods already started are non-refundable. Billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension of your Honey AI account.
Availability
We aim to keep Honey AI running continuously, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates or events outside our control.
Changes to the service
Features may be added, altered or withdrawn as Honey AI develops. We will give notice of significant changes where it is practical to do so.
Third-party services
Honey AI relies on third-party infrastructure and payment providers. Their terms may also apply to parts of your use of the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and you may close yours at any time from your settings.
Effect of termination
On termination your access ends and your conversation history is scheduled for deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
Honey AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Honey AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
Liability cap
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Honey AI in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Honey AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Continued use of Honey AI after the revision date means you accept the updated version.
